Monolith completed 48 medium-rise buildings ranging from 2-storey to 10-storey structures.

Monolith finished another set of structures consisting of 23 high-rise buildings, 27 medium-rise buildings and 1 shopping mall. These structures include prominent edifices all throughout the major cities of Metro Manila: the 33-storey condominium Alpha Grandview and the 25-storey Pan-Pacific Hotel-Manila filling up the skyline of the historic city of Manila and the 48-storey condominium/office building One San Miguel Avenue in the heart of the Ortigas Center.

Year 2000 marked Monolith’s great leap to success when it initiated its venture with SM Prime Holdings, “the Philippines’ largest mall operator, [owning and running] world-class malls all over the country.” From this year onwards, Monolith continued to be a part of the expansion of SM Prime Holdings. Out of the 30 SM malls all over the country, Monolith contributed in the construction of 10 fully-built malls, and 3 expansion projects, namely SM North EDSA Annexes 1 & 3, SM City Cebu North Wing and SM Megamall Atrium. Earning the trust of SM Management gave Monolith the privilege of erecting the North Wing of the Mall of Asia Complex – the most-celebrated “mall of ‘firsts’”, covering 386,224 square meters of gross floor area, thereby being hailed as the third largest mall in the world.

Worthy to be added as a feather on its cap is Monolith’s feat in building SM Investment Corporation’s SMX Convention Center, the Philippines’ “newest and largest privately-run exhibition and convention center”, offering a first-rate venue for transnational conventions, major local trade events and the like.

In the year 2001, Monolith took another big step forward when it gained the confidence of Robinsons Land Corporation, one of the Philippines’ leading real estate companies involved in the development and operation of mixed-use properties, office buildings and residential condominiums and one of the 3 largest owners and operators of retail shopping space in the country. MONOLITH took on the challenge of building 9 out of the 19 shopping malls that RLC had developed all over the country.

Constructing shopping malls did not diminish Monolith’s penchant for building high-rise structures like the eponymous 42-storey Embassy Pointe Tower – so named because of its proximity to the American Embassy along Roxas Boulevard overlooking the eminent Manila Bay, and the renowned “pink triple tower of Mactan Island” in Cebu City – Cebu Hilton Resort and Towers.

The year 2002 came as a prelude to Monolith’s venture into building call center offices through Cybergate Center Towers 1 & 2 as part of Robinsons Land Corporation’s expansion program. It was in the year 2006 that MONOLITH fully engaged in call center office buildings owned by the Net Group currently dubbed as “the premier office space developer in the Bonifacio Global City.” The Net Group boasts of its 100% leased collection for five Net buildings, four of which had been awarded to Monolith for construction (Net Square, Net Cube, Net Quad and Net Plaza).

Monolith’s venture with the Net Group has paved the way to the challenging and fulfilling task of participating in the extensive development program for Bonifacio Global City, the 4,440-hectare setting of the country’s newest corporate and residential edifices housing financial institutions, multi-national banks, and educational and social structures.

As of the end of the year 2008, Monolith is responsible for changing the skylines of Metro Manila and the business districts of the country’s major provinces through 31 high-rise buildings, 93 medium-rise buildings, and 25 shopping malls.

In its quest for excellence and fulfillment of the passion for building, Monolith has continually enriched its archive of completed and on-going projects, including the avant-garde CCF Training & Worship Center – a 9-hectare worship center equipped with a state-of-the-art audio visual features and ultramodern design. Not to be left unmentioned is the iconic SM Bay City Arena – an 8-hectare sports arena – the biggest so far in the country, located at the Mall of Asia Complex overlooking the famous Manila Bay.
